  • Autoregulated to manage fatigue and overload and automatically find your MRV (maximum recoverable volume) so that you’re training in the most productive way
  • Programmed with a built-in deload so that you can be ready for whatever program you’re starting next
  • Weights are calculated based off of the approximate 10RM you enter for certain exercises
  • Exercise selection can be altered to target specific weaknesses/strengths each individual lifter has
