Powerlifting Peaking Template
These training program generators are design to build you a customized peaking mesocycle for your powerlifting needs when you plug in a couple of details about yourself.
The training programmed by the templates is:
- Customized to your gender, level of development, and size
- Based in empirically-supported theory of Modern Periodization
- Autoregulated to manage fatigue and overload and automatically find your MRV (maximum recoverable volume) so that you’re training in the most productive way
- Programmed with a built-in deload so that you can be ready for whatever program you’re starting next
- Weights are calculated based off of the approximate 8RM and 5RM you enter for certain exercises
- Exercise selection can be altered to target specific weaknesses/strengths each individual lifter has
