Powerlifting Template Bundle
These training program generators are designed to build you customized hypertrophy, strength and peaking mesocycles for an entire macrocyle of training for your powerlifting needs when you plug in a couple of details about yourself.
The training programmed by the templates is:
- Customized to your gender, level of development, and size
- Based in empirically-supported theory of Modern Periodization
- Autoregulated to manage fatigue and overload and automatically find your MRV (maximum recoverable volume) so that you’re training in the most productive way
- Programmed with a built-in deload so that you can be ready for whatever program you’re starting next
- Weights are calculated based off of the approximate 5, 8 and 10RM you enter for certain exercises
- Exercise selection can be altered to target specific weaknesses/strengths each individual lifter has
